The 6th Electronic Transformer and Inductor Industry Automation Production and High Performance Magnetic Material Application Technology Seminar, co organized by the Magnetic Technology Professional Committee of the China Power Supply Society, was grandly opened at the Jiahui Hotel in Dongguan. The conference attracted more than 300 electronic transformer and inductor enterprises, including Aipukos, Tiancun, Shunluo, Dongguang, Fenghua High tech, Haiguang, Sanli, Qilixin, Zhenhuafu, Kede, Sunlight, Jialong Haijie, Bazhou Dongxing, Mingpu Optoelectronics, Sanshengyuan, and Daxin, with nearly 700 industry guests participating in the grand event.

Due to the significant increase in wages and energy costs, China's low-cost advantage has been wiped out. China's manufacturing industry urgently needs to transform and upgrade. Faced with challenges, it cannot simply continue the previous pursuit of high growth. It needs to transform towards automated production and improve performance and reduce costs through the advancement of magnetic materials.

Tan Fuqing, Vice President of Electronics Co., Ltd., mentioned that although China's magnetic material production accounts for more than 60% of the international market, it mainly focuses on mid to low-end products. Looking at the demands of international and domestic market development, driven by the communication, computer, automotive and electric vehicle, and consumer electronics markets, the prospects of the magnetic material market are very bright. Tan Fuqing started with emerging fields such as photovoltaic power generation, new energy vehicles, charging stations, and smart meters, and introduced the latest development trends and applications of manganese zinc soft magnetic ferrite materials.
Two materials have been launched this time. The main feature of one is that the inductance value will not decrease in the range of -40~85 ℃, and the material is mainly used for inductance in communication base stations. Another type is a material with high-frequency and high impedance characteristics under high-frequency conditions. This material can replace nickel zinc with high-frequency and low inductance characteristics, with an inductance value of around 5000. It is mainly used for anti-interference in air conditioning.
