The newly developed MnZn ferrite TP5A material in China has a maximum operating frequency of 1.5 MHz. The high frequency cores provided by TDK, FDK and VAC of Germany have very high initial permeability, generally as high as tens of thousands. The frequencies used are 300 kHz~1 MHz and the center frequency is 500 kHz. The transformers are made of chip transformers, printed welded transformers, transformer modules, various types of split transformers, plug-in transformers, PCB planar transformers and multi-layer circuit board planar transformers. In recent years, the demand for power transformer is very strong, and it has become a hot product with rapid development. The future development of electronic transformer aims at lightweight, high efficiency and high density. The development of power transformer aims at surface mounting, high power and high voltage.
