Working principle of high frequency transformer:


High frequency transformer is the most important part of switching power supply. Switching power supply generally adopts half-bridge power conversion circuit. When two switching transistors turn on in turn to produce 100 kHz high-frequency pulse wave, and then through high-frequency transformer to step-down, output low-voltage alternating current, high-frequency transformer winding coil turn ratio determines the number of output voltage. Three of the most conspicuous high-frequency transformers in a typical half-bridge converter circuit: the main transformer, the drive transformer and the auxiliary transformer (standby transformer) each has its own criteria in national regulations, such as the main transformer, whose core diameter (height) must not be less than 200 W power supply. 35mm and auxiliary transformer, when the power supply does not exceed 300W, the magnetic core diameter is 16mm.


The working principle of transformer is:


A transformer is a device that converts alternating current voltage, current and impedance. When alternating current is applied to the primary coil, an alternating current is generated in the core (or core) so that voltage (or current) is induced in the secondary coil. The transformer consists of an iron core (or core) and a coil. The coil has two or more windings. The winding of the middle power supply is called the primary coil, and the other winding is called the secondary coil.

The transmission power is relatively large, the working frequency is relatively low, and the transmission frequency is relatively small, and the working frequency is relatively high.
