The product is cured by crosslinking imported special resin with curing agent. The curing shrinkage is very low, which makes it possible to coat powder coatings with nanocrystalline magnetic rings. It has little effect on the inductance and volt-ampere characteristics of nanocrystals, and has the prospect of replacing most of the current plastic shell-mounted rings. The coating has the advantages of good adhesion, strong adhesion, high corner coverage, moisture and heat resistance and excellent electrical insulation performance.
Two, product characteristics
1. This series of products are suitable for fluidized bed process and electrostatic coating process with extremely low curing shrinkage and little effect on inductance and volt-ampere characteristics of nanocrystalline rings.

Four, the scope of use
This product is mainly used for insulating coating of amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic rings.
Five. Storage conditions
Because the glass transition temperature of the product is low, it must be kept in a ventilated, dry and clean environment below 25 C. It must not be near the fire source. It is forbidden to stack in the open air. Under this condition, the product can be stabilized for half a year. If it exceeds the storage period, it can be re-examined and reused if it meets the requirements.
Six, matters needing attention
1. avoid skin contact for a long time. The powder attached to the skin should be rinsed in time.
2. during operation, dust respirators should be able to prevent powder inhalation.
3. keep oven temperature in order to avoid excessive temperature deviation and affect color and quality.
4. the concentration of dust should be kept within a safe range in all kinds of painting devices, so as to avoid dust explosion.
