Iron nickel high flux

Iron nickel high flux

Iron-nickel powder core is a distributed air gap annular core made of 50% nickel and 50% ferroalloy powder. Its bias performance is the highest among all powder core materials.

Magnetics high flux (i.e. iron-nickel) powder core is a distributed air gap annular core made of 50% nickel and 50% ferroalloy powder. Its bias performance is the highest among all powder core materials.

The advantages of high flux core are very suitable for high power, high DC bias and high AC bias at high power frequency. Compared with the 7,500 Gauss standard molybdenum permalloy MPP core or 4.500 Gauss ferrite, the high flux core has a 15,000 Gauss saturated flux density. The core loss of the high flux magnetic core is significantly lower than that of the core of the iron powder core. In most applications, the size of the high flux core may be smaller than that of the iron core.

application

High flux cores are mainly used in switching inductors, on-line noise filters, sweep back transformers, power factor correction and pulse transformers.
